in order to comply with the regulations of Legislative Decree n. 231 of 2001, has adopted its own Organizational Management and Control Model (MOGC), ensuring the highest conditions of safety, transparency, and fairness, both in carrying out its activities and in relations with third parties.

The Model consists of a General Part, which defines the general principles and peculiarities of the Organization, and a Special Part, which analyzes the individual predicate offenses, identifying the various processes and related sensitive activities, with associated specific procedures.

Simultaneously with the adoption of the Model, the Organization has:

    • appointed a Monocratic Supervisory Body to monitor the proper functioning of the Organizational Model, to which communications concerning the implementation of the Model may be sent.
    • identified, through the adoption of its own Code of Ethics, the core principles that inspire it in its daily actions.

What drives the Organization to implement and put into practice the Model is the continuous need and desire to improve, ensuring high quality standards and offering reliability and maximum efficiency.

It is therefore decided to make our Organizational Model, complete with Code of Ethics, public in order to promote the broadest dissemination.
